St. Marys Catholic Elementary School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Elementary Instructional Support Teacher (IST). This role provides targeted instructional support to students and staff through the implementation of Targeted Learning Centers (TLC) and individualized interventions to maximize student achievement.
Position Title: Elementary Instructional Support Teacher (IST) Reports To: Assistant Principal Work Year: 10 months
Qualifications • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate (Elementary or Special Education) • Minimum of three to five years of classroom teaching experience preferred
Position Objective The Instructional Support Teacher (IST) supports students, faculty, and staff in implementing instructional interventions and Targeted Learning Centers (TLC) to promote academic growth and improve student outcomes.
