Financial Assistance for 2025-2026
Tuition Assistance Application
We are excited to announce that the 2025-2026 school year tuition assistance
application has been simplified and again will be an online-only process. The application
portal (www.doetap.org) is now live. All families are encouraged to apply.
How to apply (One application per family)
Online applications are available for electronic submission at www.doetap.org. One
application will be used for the Bishop’s Tuition Assistance Program and the STAR
Foundation, as well as other needs-based scholarship programs.
Families are required to register for an account and create a password. Electronic
(scanned) copies of ALL 2024 W-2s, 1099s, and pages 1 and 2 of federal income tax
returns will need to be uploaded. Unfinished applications can be saved and completed
at a later date.
The application fee is $30 and is due at the time the online application is submitted.
Forms of payment are debit card, major credit card, or check.
All “Complete” applications, i.e., those with all required supporting tax documents, the
$30 payment and which are submitted by the due date, will be considered for the
Diocese of Erie Tuition Assistance Program (DOETAP).
Application Due Dates – All forms must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on the due date below.
First Friday in May (May 2, 2025):
• Families with children applying to or attending ALL regional elementary, middle,
and high schools
