ECCSS Family Picnic/Bonfire

TUESDAY, AUGUST 30TH @ ECCHS

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:
5:00-6:45 pm-food served in the cafeteria.
6:45 pm-spectators make your way to the track for team introductions. A shuttle service will be available for those who can’t walk to the track.
7:00 pm-teams, band members, and cheerleaders meet in the cafeteria parking lot to parade to the track.
7:15 pm-Introduction of athletes, band members, and cheerleaders.
8:00 pm-Bonfire
8:15-9:00 pm-music
9:00 pm-Children should be picked up or head home.
9:15 pm-Doors locked and lights off-It’s a school night!

PICNIC PRICING:
MEAL=$3.00/PERSON
INCLUDES: CHOICE OF 2-HOTDOGS, 2-SLICES OF PIZZA,
OR 1-HOAGIE, BAG OF CHIPS, & DRINK
MUSIC BOOSTERS WILL BE SELLING ICECREAM
