We need your help!
We are sharing important information about proposed legislation that could significantly impact the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program, which has provided tuition assistance and educational opportunities to ECCSS students and Catholic school students across the state for decades.
EITC funds are a major revenue source and are critical to keeping our Catholic schools affordable. Though they can be awarded only to those with demonstrated financial need, these funds help free up local resources to benefit all students, regardless of need. The proposed legislation would reduce those funds. Reductions to this program will negatively affect current and future students throughout our school system.
We encourage you to take a few moments to read the letter linked below to learn more and contact your legislators to be heard. Please encourage your family, friends, and neighbors to do the same.
