First Commonwealth Bank recently made a $7,000 Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) contribution to the Elk County Catholic School System to support student scholarships. Through their longtime participation in the EITC program, First Commonwealth Bank continues to help make Catholic education more accessible and affordable for local families. ECCSS is grateful for First Commonwealth’s continued support and commitment to our students and schools.
