Mrs. Kamats’ preschool classroom recently welcomed home the crew of Artemis II with an out-of-this-world, hands-on week all about space!
The classroom was transformed into an exciting mini space station, complete with interactive centers for students to explore. Little astronauts climbed aboard a space shuttle, reported to mission control, searched for letters hidden in “moon rocks,” and even had to “scan in” each day to enter the NASA station.
Students also learned about how astronauts will view and study the moon during the mission.
