On February 13–14, Levi Ginther from Elk County Catholic High School took center stage at the District Jazz Band Festival hosted at Union City High School. Levi was selected to perform on Trumpet 2 in the top-level jazz ensemble — Band 1 — where he had an incredible experience performing with guest director Mike Tomaro.
