Seniors in Mr. Breindel’s APB class got a real-world lesson in how our city works thanks to a visit from city manager, Mr. Joe Fleming!

Students enjoyed an engaging conversation about how local government operates, the responsibilities it carries, and the important role citizens play in shaping their community. The discussion connected classroom learning to the decisions and services that impact everyday life right here at home.

It was a great opportunity for our seniors to see how civic responsibility starts locally — and maybe even inspire a future city leader or two! 🏛️
