St. Marys Catholic Elementary School, a Catholic elementary school committed to academic excellence and faith formation, is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Elementary Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal works collaboratively with the Principal to support Catholic identity, instructional excellence, student formation, and daily school operations in a Christ-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Catholic mission and spiritual life of the school

Assist with instructional leadership and curriculum implementation

Manage daily student discipline using Gospel-centered practices

Supervise daily operations and common areas

Support staff supervision, professional growth, and evaluations

Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff

Assist with school safety, compliance, and special programs
Qualifications:
-
Practicing Catholic committed to the mission of Catholic education

Valid administrative certification or a commitment to receive the certification within three (3) years of hire
-
Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field, or a commitment to obtain the degree within three (3) years of hire

Elementary school experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
