Congratulations to the Crusader Volleyball team on their D9 1A Championship win over defending champion Clarion last evening in Dubois. 
The victory marks ECC’s second District 9 title in three years — and the first under first-year head coach Josh Burrs — as the Lady Crusaders improved to 14-4 and advanced to next week’s PIAA State Tournament, where they will face the District 7 third seed on Tuesday at Elk County Catholic. The opponent and start time are TBA.
The Crusader soccer teams finish out a successful season as D9 runner-up. Congratulations to Avery Stauffer, Anna Lanzel, Lanie Weisner, Sophia Shirey, Julian Lanzel, and Franco Williams on making the 2025 North UAVSL All-Conference team!
Good luck to the ECC Tennis Doubles team and XC athletes participating at states! The ECC Doubles team of Anna Biondi & Audree Meyer will compete in Hershey today at 2 p.m. The following Cross Country athletes competing at states on Saturday are Martina Mawn, Theresa Bulcher, Deacon Hendrickson, Kurt Wolfe, Franco Williams, Jimmy Bulcher, Tommy Bulcher, Louie Bish, and Luke Songer.
