Elk County Catholic School System welcomes Mitchell Faulkner to their faculty and staff!
Mitchell will be teaching Physical Education at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School and St. Marys Catholic Middle School along with 8th grade health. Mitchell is a native of Bradford, PA where he currently resides with his wife Raegen, and two children.
Mitchell attended PennWest Clarion where he graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. He is currently finishing his HPE K-12 degree from Wilson College. When not teaching Mitchell is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
“One thing I am looking forward to this year is teaching the students something I enjoyed my whole life. Growing up, I always wanted to be a physical education teacher because of my father who currently teaches PE at Fretz Middle School. My journey in life to this point and through the grace of God showed me back to the path of teaching that I thought I would not be doing. I look forward to meeting all the students in both schools and having a great school year, said Mitchell.”
