In today’s “Where Are You Wednesday” post, we are featuring alum Maddie Taylor, a member of the ECCHS class of 2020!
Maddie graduated from Penn State University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and a Minor in Business Law. She currently works for Lexus as a Digital and Product Field Manager in their corporate office in New Jersey.
“I am constantly on the road traveling across the US for my job and meeting many different people along the way. My team and I manage all 64 Lexus dealerships in the Northeast, covering everything from sales and service to digital and product training. Every day is different, and that’s the beauty in it, stated Maddie.”
“Growing up in a small town has shaped me in ways that continue to guide me every day. There’s something uniquely powerful about a close-knit community where everyone knows your name and your dreams are met with genuine support. At ECCSS, I was surrounded by people who believed in me. The faculty and staff did more than teach– they showed me how to aim high, work hard, and trust that with enough perseverance, I could achieve anything I set my mind to. That mindset didn’t come from textbooks; it came from the unwavering support of a community that truly cares. ECC taught me the value of connection, compassion, and pride in where you come from. When people ask me where I’m from, I light up sharing the little details that make our town and community so special, because it’s more than just a place on a map. It’s home.”
Maddie is the daughter of Lee and Julie Taylor of St. Marys.
