This year, Mrs. Daniele Yost’s Enrichment theme at St. Marys Catholic Middle School is Perspective. Throughout the year, the students have studied Perspective through many different eyes. The students were given the opportunity to use 3D Pens and decided to look at the difference between 2D and 3D objects. Students were tasked with making two bubble wands, one 2D and one 3D. Their wands could be any shape they wanted, but they had to fit within the size parameters they were given. Students were given two strands of plastic filament throughout the process. They were allowed two class periods to design and create their wands, and then we went outside to test how well they worked.
