Every morning during Lent, Mrs. Wendel’s class at St. Leo Catholic School selects a challenge. The categories include prayer, sacrifice, or alms. The students have one day to complete their challenges to earn points. If the students complete their challenge, they place a bean in a jar to represent their growth to serve others rather than themselves while growing closer to God. ✝🫘🌱
