Today, St. Leo Kindergarten students concluded their study of Ancient China with a Chinese New Year celebration. Students made paper lanterns and dragons and wrote happy new year messages on red paper for good luck. Students scrubbed their desks from top to bottom and received new packs of crayons for their freshly cleaned crayon boxes. The class concluded the day with a dragon parade through the classroom!
