Parents and Student-Athletes:
This is a reminder that sports physicals for the 2024-2025 sports season will be given on Tuesday, June 4th, and Thursday, June 6th, at Dr. Tim Vollmer’s medical office, located at 1095 Million Dollar Highway. Through the generosity of Dr. Cienciva and the medical providers and nurses administering the physicals, student-athletes are not charged for their school-sponsored sports physicals.
To schedule a physical, you must register for an appointment by calling the main office at ECC. The main office is open between 8:30 and 3:30 p.m. Please call between these hours. The number for the main office is 814-834-7800.
Physicals will be given starting at 3:00 PM on June 4th and the 6th. If you cannot schedule a school-sponsored physical on one of these two dates, you will be responsible for scheduling an appointment with your family physician or another medical provider.
A completed physical packet must be filled out and brought to their scheduled physical with the student-athlete. Physical packets can be found @ https://eccss.org/athletics-forms/
