Today’s sneak peek is three mixed media pieces by June Pfaff Daley ’88.

June holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design with a concentration in illustration and a minor in marketing from the University of Dayton. Over the years, June has mainly worked as a freelance graphic designer running her business, Daley Design, which has taken on everything from the design and layout of print publications and promotional campaigns to mural painting and private art commissions. In addition, she is a mixed media artist, and her works have been displayed in various gallery exhibits and competitions, including original can sculptures selected for Red Bull’s national art competition, Art of Can, in both Chicago and Houston. She has been featured on the HGTV television show “That’s Clever,” creating an original wooden Humpty Dumpty wall hanging and napkin rings. June’s art and tutorials have been featured in numerous books and magazines throughout her career. She has taught kids and adults in both workshop and summer camp settings. June works as a Stencil Designer for StencilGirl Products. Her original art stencils are sold throughout the world. June currently resides in Cincinnati, OH.

June would like to acknowledge the attention, care, and instruction Pete Winklebauer demonstrated to her as she began her pursuit of art in high school. His support helped launch her ever-evolving art career; she is forever grateful. June is honored to be a part of this event.
