The 5th-grade class at St. Leo School attended the Earth Day program at the Island Run Fish Hatchery sponsored by Amphenol Sensors. Students tested the pH of various streams and learned how acid rain affects stream life and trout.

Every year, Amphenol Sensors organizes a t-shirt design contest for the Earth Day program, and this year, we are thrilled to announce that our very own Addie Straub emerged as the winner! Her creative design truly captured the spirit of Earth Day. Well done, Addie! We are proud of you.

Thank you to the Island Run Fish Hatchery and Amphenol Sensors for teaching our students the importance of clean water for our habitat and future generations to enjoy! ❤🌏
