We wish Elk County Catholic High School Senior Andrew Seltzer good luck at Region Band today!
Andrew recently attended the district jazz festival to participate in a jazz band from across the district. He performed several solos and was the lead alto saxophone in the band. The festival occurred at Collegiate Academy in Erie, PA, from February 15th to February 17th, with a concert on the 17th.
