On Thursday, September 21st, Elk County Catholic School System will hold a dress-down day to show our love and support for Kindergarten student Lucy Weis and her family. On this day, students are asked to wear the color orange to support Lucy in her fight against Leukemia. All proceeds will be donated to the Weis Family.
The Crusader Soccer teams will also hold a grill and basket raffle to benefit Lucy at Thursday’s home game in Kersey vs. SMA. Junior High will begin at 3:30, Girls Varsity at 5:00, and Boys Varsity at 7:00. Admission is free to any ECCSS student. Raffle tickets will be sold: 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. The drawing will be held at halftime of the boy’s varsity game.
