Soccer Camp

This year 23 participants attended the 3 day camp held by ECCHS Varsity coaching staff Kelli Brannock, and Mitchell O’Neill. Varsity players assisted with camp to allow 1-1 instruction. “It’s a great experience for them as it reminds them of the fundamentals while they get to give back to the youth in the community”, said Brannock. Camp leaders covered the basics of dribbling, passing, defending, and shooting using drills and friendly competitions to work on each one. “This year we also incorporated a few rounds of “In the River or On the Bank” which is always a fun way to have the kids work on their listening and reaction skills”, said Brannock.
