Last week the Crusader Volleyball team held their annual Little Spikers Camp for students in grades 3-8.
JV and Varsity coaching staff along with High School players covered the four basic aspects of volleyball which included hitting, passing, serving, and setting. The 7th and 8th grade students used the skills they learned at camp during scrimmage games to help prepare for their season in the winter months ahead.
“It was a great week with many talented athletes. I look forward to the years to come,” said Varsity coach Tricia Bauer. The Crusader High School Volleyball season opener will be held on Tuesday, September 5th at home vs. Johnsonburg.
