ECCSS reminders for the week of August 7th-11th:
The 5th and 6th grade Lady Cavalier Program will begin practice this evening, Monday August 7th from 5-6:30 pm in the St. Marys Catholic Elementary School gym. Please check your child’s Thursday e-folder for registration information.
The Crusader Soccer Camp will be held Tuesday, August 8th-10th at the Fox Twp. Park Practice Field from 5:30-6:30 pm for students in grades 1-6. Walk up registrations will be accepted the first day. Visit: https://eccss.org/summercamps/
SMCES, SMCMS, & ECCHS 2023-2024 Packet Pickup will be held tomorrow, Tuesday August 8 from 6-8 pm at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School cafeteria.
Open House for students entering Kindergarten – 5th grade will begin with all families meeting at Queen of the World Church on Tuesday, August 8th at 6 pm. After a brief informational meeting and faculty introductions, families will go to the cafeteria to receive their child(ren)’s packet that will contain beginning of the year paperwork and information concerning their homeroom. Parents and student are then invited to visit their classroom and meet their teachers and fellow classmates. The evening will wrap-up at 8:00 PM.
For St. Marys Catholic Middle School and Elk County Catholic High School students packets can be picked up Tuesday, August 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the St. Marys Catholic Elementary School Cafeteria (following the elementary school Information Night.) If you can not pick up your child’s packet tomorrow evening you can pick them up at the SMCMS/ECCHS school office beginning Wednesday, August 9th during office hours; 8:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. daily. Packets will include tentative student schedules.
