Sports Physicals June 13-14, 2023

Reminder ECCHS Sports Physicals for the 2023-2024 sports season will be held Tuesday, June 13-14th.

A completed sports physical packet must be filled out and brought with the student athlete at the time of their scheduled physical. This 8-page packet must contain all necessary signatures (by both parents and athletes) and must be filled out in its entirety prior to the physical.

If you have not already scheduled your physical contact the ECCHS School Office @ 814-834-7800 between 8:30-12:30 pm. Physicals will be held at Dr. Tim Vollmer’s medical office located at 1095 Million Dollar Hwy., St. Marys, PA on June 13, 2023 starting at 3 pm and June 14th starting at 4 pm.
