The Sacrament of Baptism

Recently Miss Cunningham, Mrs. Roberts, and Mrs. Nunamakers Kindergarten classes at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School talked all about baptism.

Father Jeff Noble, Pastor of Queen of the World Parish reviewed the sacrament of baptism with the class. Students had the opportunity to smell the oil that the priest uses during the ceremony, look at the baptismal candle used, and check out the baptismal font up close. Students participated by standing in as the mother, father, godmother, and godfather.
