SMCES Pays it Forward

The Kindergarten classes at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School recently held their annual hop-a-thon to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Together they raised $2702. This brings the total raised, since 2001, to $25,798.11.

During Catholic Schools Week students participated in a dress down day in all the colors of the rainbow to help raise money for the local Chamber of Commerce’s Community Fireworks Fund. SMCES successfully raised $468 towards the Chamber’s 4th of July Fireworks show.
