The students at Elk County Catholic School System participate in dress down days throughout the year to help raise money for various charity organizations.
Recently St. Marys Catholic Elementary School, St. Marys Catholic Middle School, and Elk County Catholic High School collected toys and monetary donations for Project Gifts for Kids. High School students assisted Project Gifts for Elk County volunteers after school and on the weekends to help sort and pack gifts. It was an honor to contribute to an organization that does so much for families in need especially during the holiday season.
Accepting for Project Gifts Elk County is Trooper Bruce Morris, Rotary and Project Gifts Elk County representative Bob Roberts, and Sheriff Todd Caltagarone.
