Elk County Catholic High School and St. Marys Catholic Middle School received a LifeVac school kit at the beginning of the school year.

The kit was graciously donated by Gale O’Neill of Anderson & Kime Realty. LifeVac is a non-invasive suction rescue device that can save a life in an air obstruction emergency. Four devices are now strategically located throughout the building.

During a recent in-service, faculty members received instructions on how and when to use the devices. Thank you for this wonderful gift, Gale! Gale is pictured with school principal John Schneider and school nurse Joyce Fledderman.
