The ECC Athletic Association is still in need of 5 volunteers to help with the football concession stand this Friday September 30th from 6-9 pm for the Homecoming game and Friday October 14th.
The Athletic Association needs someone to help chair the concession stand for home games for the 2023 season.
Responsibility includes:
-Transport inventory to and from the concession stand
-Inventory & order food items to sell at the concession stand and any supplies
-Set up and tear down of ALL items at the concession stand
-Set prices & make menu price sheet
-Issue start up money and collect money
-Handle any immediate issues through the concession stand night
-Pay vendors i.e. Don’s Pizza
-Coordinate volunteers to help run the concession stand
