4-6 pm-ECCHS Cafeteria parking lot setup & drink/snack donation drop off
Tuesday, August 30th:
4:30-7:00 pm-admission
4:30-7:00 pm-50/50
3:00-5:00 pm-set-up & food prep
5:00-7:00 pm-serve meal
7:00-9:00 pm-clean-up
Drink/Food Donations Needed:
Water
Pop
Gatorade
Snack bags of chips
