There will be just one financial aid form to complete for the 2022-2023 school year, the Catholic Diocese of Erie form. We have eliminated the ECCSS Financial Aid Application (blue form). Since much of the information included on the Diocesan Aid Application is the same as the ECCSS Financial Aid Application we have made an agreement with the firm who processes the applications for the Diocese to provide our school finance office with the information needed to award local financial aid. This change will eliminate duplicate work yet still provide our finance office with the information it needs.
-One application per family (Preschool – 12th grade).
-Parent(s)/Guardian(s), receiving separate tuition bills, must each submit an application.
-All documents requested must be included or the application will not to be processed. This includes a copy of your 2021 PA Income Tax Return including all supplemental schedules. Also required are copies of ALL 2021 W-2s, Schedule C and 1099s. Please do not include original documents as they will not be returned.
-Application must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2022
-Mail Application and required attachments along with the $20 processing fee (made payable to Tuition Assistance Program) to:
