Earth Day
Here at ECCSS students learn to celebrate this beautiful planet God has gifted us by learning about the environment, and promoting conservation.
2022 Earth Day’s theme is “Investing in Our Planet.” ECCSS has invested through the installment of solar panels, recycling, gardening, and planting of trees on the High School/Middle School campus.
In conjunction with Earth Day Elk County Catholic High School students in Mrs. Tricia Bauer’s class learned how to take recycled materials to create solar ovens. Once the temperatures increase students will capture solar power to cook S’mores.
