Attention Families of ECCSS 7th through 12th Grade Athletes:
We are now working to collect all sold and unsold 12 Days of Christmas raffle tickets. There are about 40 families that we have not received tickets back from yet. These raffle tickets are green and fit just inside of a legal envelope. Please get your tickets back ASAP either via the mail or have your student athlete(s) bring them to the ECCHS main office.
If you never received your envelope with 3 tickets in the mail or you have misplaced them, please call Kelli at 814-335-0372 asap. This is critical as we are working hard to still sell 500 tickets so that we don’t need a replacement fundraiser! We do have a growing list of people interested in purchasing tickets.
Reminder background on the fundraiser:
The Athletic Association Board is seeking your assistance with this current fundraiser, “The 12 Days of Christmas”. We are looking to sell 500 tickets at $20.00 each. Cash prizes will be given away each day from December 25th through January 5th . We are respectfully asking that each family of our student athletes enrolled in the various sports programs at ECCSS sell three (3) tickets. Tickets were mailed around November 6th to the address on record.
The Athletic Association’s yearly commitment to Crusader Athletics helps aid in funding uniforms, sports equipment, facilities, transportation, coaching staff, and officials for our student athletes. Your continued support of Crusader Athletics is greatly appreciated!
