CREATING MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN

This year at St. Leo School on days the middle school students don’t have gym, they meet as a group and have a class that is flexible in its course of study.  Study Skills will be the first academic course, but since it was the start of fall with vegetable ripening at its peak, Mrs. Lundin took advantage of this time to teach the students how to make homemade, fresh salsa.
