Mrs. Melissa Lundin is a returning veteran of ECCSS where some former students remember her as Miss Reuscher. After a significant break from the formal classroom where she spent time editing and proofreading for a publishing company, teaching and substituting in all grades from preschool to high school, and working in the St. Boniface parish office, she will be assume the role of fifth through eighth grade ELA as well as eighth grade home room at St. Leo.

Mrs. Lundin is passionate about writing, grammar, and literature. When not spending her time cringing at and or correcting grammar usage on Facebook and other media outlets, she can be found on her husband’s family farm where she and her husband, John, have spent the last twenty-one years raising about sixty head of beef cattle and their two children, Eric and Anna.

Mrs. Lundin is excited about spending the next 180 days with the students and faculty at St. Leo and further developing and contributing to the classical liberal education curriculum which is not only the foundation for education at St. Leo, but also the foundation of her education from Seton Hill and her personal teaching style.
