Spring Band Concert

Recently, the band held their spring concert. This would be Mr. Knight’s last concert as band director. The concert started with a chorus performance by Mae Schmidt, and was followed by the band playing various selections that range from “Mansions of the Lord” to “Selections from Star Wars.” Afterwards, Mr. Knight held the annual awards ceremony, and the music boosters and band presented him with farewell remarks and presents. It was a challenging year for the band, but everyone was happy that this concert was possible. It was streamed live, and can still be viewed on the ECC TV YouTube Channel.

Mr. Ray Knight announced his retirement after the 2020-21 school year after 38 years of service. He will be greatly missed and we wish him all the best in retirement!
