Second grade students celebrated Earth Day by exploring the school grounds searching for things that are good, beautiful, and true gifts from God. They photographed these signs of Spring and each created a collage and wrote about their findings. Some things they were thankful for this Earth Day included flowers, fishing derby, and Jesus.
Miss Aiello’s preschool class learned about what it takes to keep our Earth clean. We love our Earth, but it’s up to us to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. The students used markers, coffee filters and spray bottles to make their own Earth.
