*** Remaining amount is split 50/50 for home and visiting fans.

Parents (or any fan for that matter) will be required to have an access code to purchase their tickets. Access codes will be emailed to the AD of the schools playing as soon as possible. For round one, you can expect your codes to be sent to the Athletic Directors at approx. 1:00 p.m. tomorrow.

A few important things to note about tickets:
1.The total amount of participants is currently 15% of gym capacity per the DOH orders.
2. Each team (players, coaches and other team personnel) will be permitted up to twenty (20) participants.
3. The committee has reserved ten tickets for essential personnel. (game workers, officials, etc.)
4. The committee has reserved five tickets for members of the media.

For parents purchasing tickets:
1. The parent will go to our website. www.piaad9.org
2. They will select the correct game, then select “I have an access code.” They will enter the code and proceed with the order.
– Once they enter the code, they have 9 minutes to complete the transaction. Parents should not enter the code to “make sure it works” then try and come back later and do it again. Once the 9 minutes expires, that code is no longer valid and cannot be reissued. Essentially, they just lost their ticket. It is highly suggested that when individuals login to purchase their tickets, they have their credit card information available so they do not lose access with the 9 minute time limit.
– If a person has more than once access code (hypothetically, they were given two), they must complete one transaction with one access code, purchase one ticket, and complete the process. Once they have purchased their one ticket, they would repeat the process. If you try to enter two access codes, they will both be void, and again, cannot be replaced.
3. Once the ticket is purchased, it will be emailed to the address that is used when completing the order. At the gate they may either present the attachment that is emailed as a printed piece of paper or pull it up right off their phone. It can be scanned either way.
4. The scanning mechanism on the ticket is a QR code. It is live. As soon as it is scanned, the QR code is no longer valid. If someone thinks he/she can purchase one ticket, screenshot it or print multiple copies to pass around, the first person to show up at the door will be granted entry. The rest will not.
5. Tickets are $6 as they always have been in the past. With the online system, there is a processing fee of which is about $1.50 per ticket. When individuals log on to purchase, they will see the $6 price. All fees will be added at the end.
