SILENT AUCTION OPEN FOR BIDDING FOR THE DIAMOND DAZZLE

Bidding is now open for the Silent Auction for the Diamond Dazzle. The live auction and reverse raffle will take place virtually on Saturday, February 6th starting at 7 pm on ECC TV YouTube Channel or Zito Media/Roku App Channel 57-3.
Instructions to bid on Silent Auction/Purchasing Raffle Tickets:
Device Recommendation: Smart Phone, Lap Top, Desk Top
***This can be done ahead of time- Items will be up 1/30-2/6***
-Fill out Account information
-Log in to account and head to the event landing page ecc.betterworld.org, click “Follow”. Click on the “person” icon on the top right of the page. Scroll down to “My Account”. All account information can be found on this page, Under “My Items”, you can quickly find any items you bid on and whether or not you have been outbid.
How to Bid on Silent Auction Items:
**Bidding is anonymous to other bidders**
-Scroll through auction items.
-Click item you wish to bid on
-Enter the dollar amount you wish to bid. There is an option to enter a max bid. If applied, the app will bid for you in increments of $1 until the max amount is reached.
-To officially place the bid they will confirm credit card information as well as ask if you wish to cover the transaction fee. They have also pre programmed a tip to the betterworld app with each transaction. This is OPTIONAL- Make sure to unclick the boxes if you do not wish to cover the transaction cost or leave a tip.
– Your card will not be charged until the close of the auction and will only be charged if you are the winning bid. **If you choose to tip the app, your card will be charged the amount of the tip immediately.**
-Email notifications will be sent to (1) thank you for your bid, (2) to let you know if you have been outbid, (3) to confirm you won the item. If it is approaching auction closing time and you are in a bidding war, make sure to continue to refresh the page for the quickest updates.
-The Silent Auction will close at 8 pm on 2/6/21
