The annual March for Life rally took place virtually this year and participants were encouraged to stay home and join virtually. Elk County Catholics’ Students for Life organized their own week of activities to celebrate locally and pray for the protection of life.
Students purchased tickets to guess teachers’ baby photos and all funds raised will be donated to Catholic Charities. And while a bus wasn’t filled with students bound for Washington D.C. this year, activities concluded on Friday with their own community March for Life. Over 75 students walked continuously from 8 am until 2 pm around the school to pray and to celebrate that right as a joyful witness to the beauty and dignity of every human person!
