We would like to update our ECCSS families on two items related to athletics:
1. Tonight’s volleyball match against Bradford Area has been cancelled
2. Due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in our community, the PA Department of Health has designated Elk County as an area of MODERATE community transmission. In an effort to minimize cases within the community, ECCSS will be requiring ALL spectators at OUTDOOR athletic contests to wear masks AT ALL TIMES. We also encourage household groups to socially distance from other groups. The masking requirement is in effect beginning today (October 22) and will remain in effect for all remaining soccer and football contests. We ask that all of our families work with ECCSS in order to contain the number of cases within our community.
