Miss Wendel’s second grade class at St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School has been reading books about kindness since the first day of school. This week they read “What Does It Mean To Be Kind?” By Raina DiOrio. The students activity, following the book, included writing what it means to be kind in the classroom and making flowers of compliments and giving them to their classmate friends!
