High school English students pen letters to US leaders

Recently, Mrs. Messineo’s AP Language and Composition class had a debate about the gridlock in Washington over the building of the border wall. Students were challenged to write a letter to President Trump and to Nancy Pelosi suggesting a more God-like and virtuous approach to negotiations. The class selected a letter written by junior Bruce Cahilly as the most advantageous and practical and sent it off to Washington DC.
Earlier this month, Bruce got a response! Great work!
