Second grader wins gold at state gymnastics competition

Tyler Mawn, a second-grade student at St. Marys Catholic Elementary, recently won a gold medal on vault at the state gymnastics championships. Despite his age, he also won a bronze medal for finishing fifth in the eight-year-old overall competition (he is seven).
