The St. Marys Catholic Middle School A.R.K. program recently surprised the residents at Elk Haven Nursing Home and Pinecrest Manor and provided them with small gifts. The group also made a contribution to Elk Haven’s Project Love donation box.
The A.R.K program (which stands for Acts of Random Kindness) is an elective class at SMCMS. The class’s mission is to spread kindness and love in our community. When the class meets, the students brainstorm and discuss places to visit each Thursday.
