Elk County Catholic welcomes students from Phoenix Education, our partner school in
Hue City, Vietnam, founded by ECC Alum, John Troha, class of 1979.
Elk County Catholic School has also partnered with The Cambridge Network. The
Cambridge Network’s international student program prepares students for life abroad
prior to arriving at Elk County Catholic and continues to provide international students
with on-going support throughout the school year. The Cambridge Network may be
contacted at elkcounty@cambridgenetwork.com.

Where in the world is Elk County Catholic?
Student Videos
The videos below were created by several ECCHS international students.
The first video was created by Chen Hongjin (Vicky) and Wu Tong (Julia) and won third place in the 2016 Cambridge Institute video contest.
The second video was made by Vicky Chen and won 1st Place in The Cambridge Network’s 2017 spring student contest “My Journey to the West.” Vicky also won $300 for her efforts.
The third video was made by 2021 graduate, Olivia Matha.
