Job Summary: Elk County Catholic School System is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Marketing and Enrollment Director to lead initiatives that promote the school’s Catholic identity, attract new families, and retain current students. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing enrollment processes, and enhancing the school’s presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to promote the school’s mission, values, and academic excellence. Manage the school’s website, social media accounts, and digital marketing campaigns to engage prospective and current families. Create compelling content, including newsletters, press releases, brochures, and promotional materials. Plan and coordinate admissions events, such as open houses, school tours, and community outreach initiatives. Serve as the primary contact for prospective families, guiding them through the inquiry, application, and enrollment process. Ensure all marketing and enrollment activities align with the school’s Catholic mission and values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, education, or a related field. Experience in marketing or communications, preferably in an educational or faith-based setting. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management, website maintenance, and digital marketing tools. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with prospective families, community members, and stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for Catholic education and commitment to the school’s mission. St. Marys Catholic Elementary School is accepting applications for a part-time or full-time custodial position.
Duties include: dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms, and other duties necessary to maintain the school.
Negotiable 5-8 hour shift between the hours of 3:30 pm and 7:30 am.
