DESCRIPTION:Financial Assistance for 2025-2026 \nTuition Assistance Application \nWe are excited to announce that the 2025-2026 school year tuition assistance\napplication has been simplified and again will be an online-only process. The application\nportal (www.doetap.org) is now live. All families are encouraged to apply. \nHow to apply (One application per family)\nOnline applications are available for electronic submission at www.doetap.org. One\napplication will be used for the Bishop’s Tuition Assistance Program and the STAR\nFoundation\, as well as other needs-based scholarship programs. \nFamilies are required to register for an account and create a password. Electronic\n(scanned) copies of ALL 2024 W-2s\, 1099s\, and pages 1 and 2 of federal income tax\nreturns will need to be uploaded. Uniforms will be available for St. Marys Catholic Elementary School\, St. Marys Catholic Middle School\, and Elk County Catholic High School. This is a great way to get some free\, gently used uniforms without having to exchange anything! If you don’t find what you’re looking for at the exchange\, we will have several sizes of the Flynn and O’Hara uniform available\, so you can try them on for size before ordering. This should help eliminate the guesswork of determining the right size for your child.\nThe exchange is scheduled for Thursday\, June 26\, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School Cafeteria. If you are unable to attend at these times\, please get in touch with the elementary school office at 814-834-4169 to schedule an alternative time after June 26 that better suits your schedule.\nWhen you arrive\, please park in the large lot and use the exterior door to access the cafeteria directly.
