SUMMARY:SMCES-Thanksgiving Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:The annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner at St. Marys Catholic Elementary School will be on Thursday\, November 13\, 2025. I am looking for volunteers to help serve the children lunch.\nThere will be two lunch periods\, and we need help at both. The first lunch (grades 3\, 4\, 5 and pre3All Day) is from 10:45 – 12:00 and second lunch (grades K\, 1\, 2 and Pre4All) is from 11:45 – 1:00. This includes serving and clean up. The children have an enjoyable time and love having their family and friends serve them lunch. If you are interested and able to assist\, please return the bottom of this form to the school. Be sure to let us know which lunch period/periods you will be helping at.\n\nEveryone who volunteers will need to have their Occasional Volunteer clearances completed and submitted to the office before volunteering. It may take two or more weeks to receive all clearance results. If you need assistance with this\, please call the office (814-834-4169) and they will be happy to assist you.
