DESCRIPTION:THURSDAY\, SEPTEMBER 2ND @ ECCHS Cafeteria Parking Lot \nTIMELINE OF EVENTS:\n5:00-6:45 pm-food served in the cafeteria parking lot.\n6:30 pm-spectators make your way to the track for team introductions.\n7:00 pm-teams\, band members\, and cheerleaders parade to the track.\n7:15 pm-Introduction of athletes\, band members\, and cheerleaders.\n8:00 pm-Bonfire\n8:15-9:00 pm-music\n9:00-9:15 pm-Children should be picked up or head home.\n9:15 pm-Doors locked and lights off-It’s a school night! \n*To allow for social distancing and health and safety protocols the Family Picnic will be structured accordingly this year. Food will be packaged individually per person and seating will only be available in the cafeteria parking lot. Picnic tables and tables will be available for seating in the cafeteria parking lot. Guest are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. \n*Please note-plans for this event are subject to change or cancellation based on health and safety conditions within the school and the community and weather conditions.
